Spent thousands in the past six months and no hit not One. Playing 300 to 400 dollars a day got tickets to prove the game is Rigged big time. Been playing the lottery 30 years and each years it gets harder and harder to win a straight pick- 4 because it’s rigged and they only let numbers fall that’s not being played or hasn’t been out at all. Fast number won’t hit or come out anymore for 4 to 5 years now. The lottery is no fun anymore just ripping the public off. The game need to be investigated. The people the paid to program the lottery has it fixed and Rigged. It really needs to be investigated. The lottery in the surrounding States are falling 40% to 60% of the time on close due dates or repeat dates. Ohio pick-4 lottery is Not. only falling about 5% of the time. Please Investigate. I wish I could sue them for Fraud

Keno is guaranteed rigged. Is so obvious like you guys don't even try to hide it. What numbers you want cold tell me it's no problem. Watch this, whatever numbers i play are now cold. Everytime, is got to be more than coincidence. It's just wrong. But people are so addicted to the idea that it's fair so they keep playing knowing there not gonna win but addicted to the idea that they could. My 18 year old son can not cash his winning ticket over$ 6000 dollars.We his parents will not cash it and he is not putting it in the mail because we often receive other peoples mail. What does he do? Again the Ohio lottery is frustrating.

Let me explain. “Before” the keno numbers were even drawn and shown on the screen I scanned my ticket using OH LOTTERY APP. It said I won $2. Almost 3 minutes of delay between what I was seeing on the TV screen and the actual drawing itself. I am extremely dissapointed to say the least. This 3 minute delay allows the computers to know the combinations for all players and payout as little as possible. I was under the impression that I was watching these drawings live real time. Not the case at all. Is everything predetermined with the Ohio lottery? Why can’t the customers see live drawings of all of the Ohio lottery draws.
I emailed the oh lottery and I never heard back.

On 10/29/18 I was in the Columbus airport traveling to Richmond, Virginia. I played the lottery machine at Gate 34. I first scanned two Powerball tickets for $4.00 each and added $2.00. I then purchased from the machine a $10.00 Million Dollar Multiplier. I then inserted 2 $5.00 bills and the machine showed I had $10.00. I pressed the button for another Million Dollar Multiplier. The machine took my money and gave me no ticket.
There was a phone number on the machine to call (614-238-6615. A girl at O'Charleys subs answered the phone and said the owner of the sub shop handled the Lottery machine's and was in the airport downstairs. She said she would call and have him come to the Gate 34 machine. I waited over an hour because my plane was delayed and tried to call the number 6 times and no one picked up. I had to board my plane and still no one. The United gate agent said they had been having trouble with that machine and I was not the first one to complain.
I returned to Columbus on Thursday 11/1/18 and went to O'Charleys subs and asked for a manager and explained what happened. They were not interested but said they would call whoever is in charge. They returned and said the manager said he was not $10.00 over and that was all they could do. $10.00
If this person can not respond to complaints and return money when there is a problem maybe you should find someone else to do this job. If he is ripping off the people by not returning their money then he is making quite a bit on the side !!!!

to ask about a ticket that I scanned, it said congrdulation you have won and printed out a "pay" ticket.
The lady that answered told me I need to talk to Brandon. As soon as he got on the phone he was acting so defensive and I don't know why??
He was so rude, he wouldn't even let me talk to him about it. He is hiding something!!! I will go broke finding out what it is!! (Fact)

3569 Lee rd Sunoco, this lite skin heavy set female refuses to give me a receipt, every time I go to the store, I always thought it was common courtesy to do this. And then she has the nerve to give me attitude as though I’m doing something wrong by asking for a receipt, I think she must be stealing, or she is just not educated enough to know that I should not have to ask for a receipt. I know it’s probably a minimum wage job, with no benefits and probably under the table pay, but it’s still unacceptable behavior, and something should be done about it. Maybe some retraining and if it continues I will continue to complain. Thank you very much

Your most recent commercial's actress is a deadbeat mother who abandoned her kids with no notice for another woman to raise she doesn't even know...Tammy Capers Davis is the main person in the ohio lottery's commercial that takes place at the airport... the one where the power goes out. She's the one with the yellow scarf handing out lottery tickets. She dumped off her 3 kids without a care in the world. I am ashamed and disgusted that the lottery would ever do business with such a person.

On July 26, 2017, I went to the Shell Gas Station on Lee Road and Blanche avenue in Cleveland Heights to play my midday lottery. I was told by this clerk that the machine was down. So I left the station, but I did not like the way the clerk addressed the matter. This clerk was arrogant and distasteful when he stated that the machine was down. So I left and sat in my truck to see if he would take any lottery, as soon as I sat down in my truck two (2) people walked into the store with lottery tickets in their hand not more than one (1) minute had passed and I watched this clerk key in lottery numbers on his lottery machine. I went back into the station got in line and when I approached the clerk, I handed him my tickets and stated that I wanted them for the midday. He replied " for midday " I said yes form midday. He looked at me and said "are you sure for midday ". I just looked at him and did not respond. He stated to me " are you deaf or something can you talk, Why are you giving me attitude, you giving me attitude, he said. I said I'm not giving you attitude. I said to him you should take that back to where you are from this is America. He became very irate as he handed me my tickets, and he said, " niggar go back to Africa, and he came from behind the counter after me as I was leaving the station. A customer stepped in front of him to prevent him from approaching me. I left and filed a police report. His lottery machine was not down and he was racially insensitive to the community and the population who patronizes this station, which is predominately African American.

a person that delivers supplies to van wert short stop said he saw the owner scanning ticket after ticket and every one said winner winner he thought that was strange because no one was at the counter or even in the store he thinks that when some brings in a ticket to be checked and they dont scan it themselve he scans a old losing ticket and dont pay then he collects later it sounds fishy they also own 1 stop on washington street and barbs in convoy ohio

Looking for some advice. My father goes and buys scratch off tickets 2-3 times a day at the local convenient store. Yesterday, the owner of the store gave him $200 to spend on said scratch off tickets. I'm wondering if this is illegal; he gave him money to spend on tickets that he sold in his store. Seems kind of fishy and not right. I'm not sure if I should try to file a complaint with the lottery commission or not. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

West Main Street Drive Thru, Zanesville, Ohio 43701. 12:15 PM January 1, 2016. I had $25 in total to redeem. (doubler) I had $16 in double prizes and $9 in single prizes. As I handed the tickets to the clerk I told her that I had $25 worth. She scanned them and told me that they were worth $23. I corrected her by saying "No; there is $25 worth there". She tried to figure it out and got frustrated. She then asked another clerk to figure it out. That clerk calculated it and again told me that it was $23. I once again told the clerk that they were worth $25. She then had the nerve to say "The machine doesn't lie". Essentially calling me a liar. At this point, I am pissed! I told her that I had just counted them twice and tried to explain how they were divided by doubles and singles. I then asked the clerk if I could see the tickets again. She handed them to me and I proceeded to look at them. At this point the manager came from the drive thru area cursing at me. We are not going to have all this God damn bickering and fighting over these tickets. She then GRABBED THE TICKETS OUT OF MY HANDS!!!!! At this time; I came unglued. I yelled at her that I would have her arrested for assault. She said that I STOLE THOSE TICKETS because she had scanned them and now they belonged to her. She had not payed me yet so I felt that she had stolen from me. She would not let me see them and she was going to cheat me out of $2. That is what I KNOW to be stealing. She continued to berate me in front of a line of customers as she looked at the tickets. She finally tried to pair up the instant tickets with the print out receipts and found that the counts did not match. One of my tickets had not scanned. The manager then rescanned all of the tickets to see which one was missing. At this time she stated that it was $25. I said " May I have an apology" and she told me to get out and not come back.Then more vulgarities were exchanged. First by her then by me. I have never, ever been treated so badly in any business in my life. I had done absolutely nothing wrong. I only tried to explain that I knew that I had $25 when I walked in that door. I was not rude until I had no other option. I work in a casino in Ohio and have a valid gaming license. I would hope that you would not condone this kind of behavior from one of your retailers no matter how much they generate in sales for you. I will never buy another lottery ticket in my life!!!!!!! This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WHERE I HAD DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DESERVE THE ATTACK. That manager physically, angrily, aggressively grabbed those tickets from my hands and accused me of stealing when I had never been paid. She called me a thief in front of several customers. I bought an instant 30 dollar ticket last week got absolutely nothing. Went back and bought 2 consecutive 30 dollar instant scratch off tickets and won nothing. Wouldn't it be better merchandizing to let the buyer at least win 5 or 10 dollars? This has put me off the 30 dollar scratch offs and I will let every gambler I know that the 30 dollar tickets are the biggest rip off in the Ohio Lottery line.

Played keno and won 22 dollars and they had no money to pay me out. I was informed I could go elsewhere and retrieve my money . I could understand if my pay out was a 100 or more dollars, but my ticket was for 22 dollars and they could not accommodate me. Personally if they can't pay they shouldn't be allowed to let people play . Now I am inconvenienced to go elsewhere to collect my 22 dollars. The owners of this bar/restaurant are Ramey Assaf and Nadia David there phone # is 513 829 9464 . I think there should be some attention brought to this matter due to the fact the bar and restaurant was half full and I find it hard to believe they couldn't afford to pay out a 22 dollar ticket. I played the lottery at store 034939 on 3/7/14. An error was made on my tickets . I told him it was wrong. He refused to correct them .Instead he re- rung them and charged me 10.00 more.
