I deposited money into a new account which was opened. The deposit reflected with the bonus. I logged out of the account and when I tried to log in it would not allow me to! I have sent through numerous emails with proof of payment but to no avail. They say they have opened a task for the financial department but no response. I don't understand why with proof of payment into there account, it is such an issue, the response time is pathetic and frustrating. I would like my account credited or reversed!!!
