crediting of account

I made a deposit into my new olymph trade account using a skrill ewallet service. i have sent them proof of payment but no funds have been credited to my account, they are avoiding all my emails. i spoke to a online consultant and they said the problem would be rectified within 24hrs, but to no avail. i have sent numerous emails with proof of payment but no response.
