ive been using omega xl for about 2 years now and im on auto pay but now i havent had any pills shiped to me and its been about 5 days now and my legges are cramping up and im in pain this morning i tried to get up to go to the bathroom and both my legs cramp up and i drop to the floor i was down for 30 minutes befor i could get up but i shit and pist my pants and the only reason i didnt get ahold of you sooner was becouse i had some extra pills was in the beging i didnt keep up with my program so i had extra ......so what are you going to do i need something fast i cant go anywhere im in pain my whole body is hurting i mean hy whole body i cant go to work iv mist this week i worked monday but i was in pain hopefuly i can work next week i cant aford anymore time off my body depends on omega xl ive bragged to everyone how good omega xl has helped me and many of my family and friends have started using omega xl if this is how your going to treat me then maybe ive got to tell everyone i was wrong about omega xl i put this on auto pay just so this wouldnt happen i cant afford any more time off work and i dont want to shit and piss my pants agine thankyou hopefuly i dont gafe to go public with this from john jefferson panguitch utah and in pain

I signed up for Omega XL with autopay, and they have supposedly shipped an order to me twice. According to post office tracking both shipments were delivered. But not even one has actually come. I contacted Omega XL twice about this, once via their customer service email address and once via their phone number. I got the same response from both: "Not. Our. Problem. !!!" Their position is that they shipped it and could care less whether I got it, it seems.

In the meantime I had two other packages that were supposedly delivered by the post office that never arrived. Obviously there is a problem with my mail delivery developing. Both companies however quickly agreed to reship the products at no charge when they saw that the post office said they had been delivered, but I didn't have them. Why not Omega XL?

From reading their other negative reviews, it seems like Omega XL makes their money from getting you signed up and then making it difficult for you to stop them from charging you every month, in my case, whether you get a product or not.

I ordered OmegaXL and put it on autopay. Supposedly two orders so far have been shipped, and the post office says they were delivered on their website, but I have never received even one order. It has since come to my attention that a problem has developed with my mail delivery, because packages from two other companies that were also supposed to have been delivered have never come. Both other companies were very responsive and have agreed to re-ship the packages after investigating the situation.

I have contacted the OmegaXL people, on the other hand, and they both through email and on the phone basically said, "Tough luck if you never got your product." They contend that they shipped the product and the post office says it was delivered, and they therefore have no obligation to the fact that I never received it. Well, you chose USPS as your shipper, OmegaXL, and you have my money, and I have no product. The funniest thing about this is that since I am on autopay they would have a monthly customer - if only I could even had a chance to try the product they are charging me for! Not a smart company or one with any basic level of customer service, for that matter. I am calling my bank to stop all future charges from them, since from other reviews I am reading they don't cooperate with that, either.

On March 24, 2021, I started an order with this company to try their product based on Phil Robertson's testimonial about the product. The product may work for some but it made me sick to my stomach and I had to stop taking it.

On April 24, 2021, I cancelled my auto-ship with them. On April 26 they made withdrawal from my bank account. On April 27, they sent an email stated my order had shipped. I called their customer service number, told them what had happened and they said just return product and they would refund they money for the product only, not the shipping and handling. I told them this was their doing and I should be refunded the total amount they took out of my account. They said the order already left and they can't do that. Well, actually they can but they won't. They are not a trusted company. I should have read all the reviews before ordering. They only have a 1.1 rating from the Better Business Bureau.

THEY ARE CROOKS AND CAN'T BE TRUSTED. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BILL YOU. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!

Unaware of the continual charges to my credit card in addition to the exorbitant price, I called the 800 number to cancel.
What ensued was a battle of wits and wills with customer service. Despite my adamant and direct request, I was met with what seemed like endless attempts to keep me hooked into the monthly draw on my credit card. Finally, after threatening the Better Business Bureau along with canceling my credit card, the representative agreed to cancel the product. Complete frustration and anger about this tedious task - it required determination and perseverance on my part to assure that they took no more of my money - what a racket. I can certainly see where they are probably taking advantage of many many senior citizens.

i never gave them permission to use my credit card or ordered the supplements and they automatically did that. have called them and asked them to remove my account completely. total rip off
