I have had similar experience with them and I wasn't able to get back my money at least not until I reported them to caseyclyde. Tech. I filed a report and they assured me of their commitment to helping me get my money back and they came through.

I added amount 20000 in my wallet omnicard the Omni Card company blocked my account I called customer care he said please verify the transaction details then your account will unblock i am verified all details but the customer care aur email team are not responding many times I called but Omni is saying tomorrow will open before 7 days still saying tomorrow will open please resolve the issue
