I hope you can help me as I received the email below and it seems that it might be a scam for identity fraud because of the documents asked for and the wage offered for such a short week.
Before I go any further I would like to know if it is genuine.

-Proof of address, this can be a scan copy of your telephone bill or a scan copy of any bill carrying your address.
-3 passport size photos
-Attestation of health records from any approved medical center confirming that you are physically and mentally balance.
Forward the above documents of any other persons coming along with the employee.
We will send your contract form as soon as it is ready via E-mail or fax.
-Certificate of residence:
After obtaining your work permit, you will be required to reserve an apartment where you will stay during your probation period of two month. Your hotel or apartment reservation will be used to obtain your certificate of residence in Cameroon and visa.
All requested documents should be forwarded as soon as possible as they are all relevant for the procession of your work permit and visa.
As soon as we receive the above documents, we shall forward your file to the immigration center for the procession of your work permit, certificate of residence and visa.
The embassy usually gives special considerations to applicants with at least two month accommodation proof in the country. Also note that we have to be fast about the paper work's as your contract will be effective in the two weeks time.
