I am writing this to bring into your concern that on 04 Sep 21, an amount of Rs. 19256/- (transaction details as given below) has been debited from my account. I beg to inform you that these transactions were not carried out by me in any physical or online form.

2. The transactions are seen initiated vide ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS LTD NOIDA. Neither any OTP nor any messages regarding the above transactions has been received on my registered mobile No.



3. It is my humble request that the case may please be investigated for the above transactions and the amount may please be credited in my account. Please do needful.
