poor, poor service

Been trying to book online tickes.OH MY GOD!!!! super frustrating.idiotically slow,l Tried looging in...can not, tried to register a new username...can not. Hey KTM donkeys its 2020...buck up or get out,let the private sector take over and make it better and user friendly. you are an embarrassment.
