I'm from the UK, and have found the service, education, and help, second too none.
I was very confused with the first class that I completed, but they let you take it again, and again, with a different instructor, as many times as you like.
I have taken many other courses with OTA, and have found them extremely helpful.
The account I have with them means I can watch either live or recorded trading, with full explanations and discussions.

I personally recommend them.
