This company's product was misleading (refrigerator mats) I would never have ordered 3 sets, but the description led me to believe I needed to order three instead of one which was actually a set. They don't have any customer service phone number, you can only complain online. Also, I found the same item after I got it for a fraction of the price on another site. Then, when I wanted to return the set I hadn't already cut, they do a return tag and charge over $9.00 to send it back. If i'd be able to return it myself, it would have cost much less. Their answer to me about pricing, they said that was what they had to price it because of their supplier. I would not recommend buying anything from Open Sky. Their prices are outrageous, and there's no way to even talk to anyone in person.
