I bought a ticket, which was sent to me by email from Opodo
The flight is with two different airlines, with a stopover.
I decided to cancel the ticket.
Opodo canceled the flight ticket of only one airline. They say they cannot find the details of the second flight.
I emailed them the ticket issued to me by Opodo. It is a singe ticket and has the details for both flights. Now they claim they didn't receive the email.
They have been bothering me for a week and worst of all they are making a mockery of my request.
The service and behavior of Opodo travel agency is unacceptable. They shamelessly mock people. It is not clear who is allowing them to do this. Is there a governing body that oversees them and can penalize them for unfair and unacceptable business practices?
