On 9/2/2018 , I had a message "your booking is pending for further processing which may take up to 12 hours more". Actually 48 hrs passed and I didn't get an email reply.
My booking was MS 301 CAI APR 11 7:45 AM TO SSH 8:45 AM
and return MS 308 SSH APR 11 3:15 PM TO CAI 4:15PM

I had a roundtrip flight booked to Europe in Coach on SAS and found this site called OptionTown that says they give you a really good chance of an upgrade to Business class. I paid $850 extra to them each way and both times was emailed saying I had a high chance of an upgrade. What they do not tell you is, if you have a discount ticket ( I did through Expedia ) you cannot be upgraded. SAS informed me of this. When I complained to OptionTown they said if you are not upgraded we are refunded minus $75 each way. I had to pay them $150 for being scammed. I disputed this on my American Express and lost because that is the Optiontowns rule but out of good faith American Express refunded me but did not take the money from Option town which is not right. SAS said they do not suggest using this company and many of their passengers have been scammed.
