Oracle Visas is a SCAM!!!!

I got a call from one of their representative and have applied to New Zealand.

As per the Case Manager, if you didn't get hired on your one year contract with them, you'll get 50% refund. And with this, i got convinced that I can try and pay AED 8,000 knowing the fact that I can get my AED 4,000 as refund just in case I failed in my application.

But when I read the contract, if you did not receive any interview/call then you will only be entitle for the 50% refund on what you have paid which is contradicting on what the Case Manager have said.

I asked the again the Case Manager and she still guarantee me that i will get the refund if I not get hired.

Time passed and I received 5 calls.

These 5 calls were have NO CALLER IDs which is quiet suspicious (as they can arrange the calls and these maybe not employer as well). You can't follow-up your application and no emails were received.

My one year contract has ended and I went to their office to ask for my refund.

But their representative have told me that I am not entitle for the refund as I got calls from employers. When I talked to them, i got surprised when they have all informations of my calls. WHY???? If these calls were from direct employer then why they have the said info? I know, these fake employers were also ORACLE VISAS' representative.

I want to complain to the police for them to investigate the said BOGUS COMPANY!!!!

ANDREW the consultant first spoke with me and told too much good things, and will make a drama of giving you a discount instead of paying 10000 aed you will just pay 6000 aed. Then he introduced me to NOEL the case manager who is the number 1 scammer. He will every now and then call you to follow-up the payment and in the end, he will just run away with all the money that you paid for the fake process. Then SHAMSUDDIN will email you that this NOEL ran away with all the money but still the process will continue. After that, I felt unsecured and wanted to withdraw my application. I sent thousands of emails to SHAMSUDDIN and the new case manager who doesn't know anything but to ask for payment, JOSEPH, but there was 0 reply. I called up and nobody even knows who is handling my account. They will tell it's with VINCY or JOSEPH. Only thing they know is to ask for payment. All of their faces look like money. Then this GAGANDAP a.k.a operations manager who operates all the scam spoke with me telling all the drama. After all the things that happened, he wants me to continue with the process not event giving me any compensation. He is insulting me as if I owe him too much money. All those calls are from fake callers that they are connected with. He also told that if you will not be employed after the one year contract in Oracle then they will refund from their company's money. WOW! BRAVO GAGANDAP! So you must have refunded a lot and maybe your staff don't have salary anymore for refunding all your fake dramas huh? You will all go to hell, I swear! FAKE, FRAUD, BOGUS!

Oracle visa is really fake and a bullshit to cheat innocent people. Guys i am telling you dont trust them at all. Me and my friend submitted our first installment during april and we were supposed to give second installment this month but fortunately we came to know their bad and dirty face. Pathetic and irresponsible work by out case manager made us to search about the truth and we evaluated them by many ways. Our relative based in dubai even visited their office personally and concluded that they are just a scam nothing more !

Some recruitment agencies charge money to 'build your cv' as opposed to helping you find a job. This is also a fraud as they make it mandatory for you to pay for the CV.
