I had a $100 future travel voucher given to me by Robert Woyach of Orbitz. I applied this to my booking I made at the start of February and this amount still has not been refunded to me!!! I have called Orbitz 5 times in the last week (on hold with them now as of the last 1 hour 46 minutes as they are giving me the run around and claim to not know anything about the refund!!! I REPEATEDLY EXPLAIN THE VOUCHER TO THEM AND THEY STILL REPEAT THE SAME INFORMATION I HAVE TOLD THEM AND INCORRECTLY QUOTE BACK THE INFO I GAVE THEM!!! THESE ARE CRIMINALS AND LIARS AND I WONDER IF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION IS TAKING PLACE!!! GIVE ME BACK THE MONEY I AM RIGHTFULLY OWED
