In 2503 Hurontario, for almost 4 weeks there has been no hot water, only since the last week they have put it on for 2 hours (5 PM to 7PM) and today they did not; I consider that it is a long time waiting for the service, please do something about it as soon as possible.

Few years of non sense by these slumlords impersonating landlords and head office. I've never been treated more like a rat in my life. they obviously have a monopoly on complaints around here because nothing is ever addressed and if it is, its done rudely and unconsidered. everything in the above complaints is very true as I've gone through the same thing.
-Cockroaches
-Management and head office some of the worst people I've ever met
-NO visitor parking
-Crackheads and junkies sleeping in stairwell constantly (I have pictures of syringes left behind)
-Mail goes missing from mail room "safe drop" Slumlords refuse to help by checking cameras that conveniently don't work at tenant request
- Crazy guy chasing visitors cars in the parking lot yelling at people
- Negligent maintenance
-Mold
-Harassment
-Head office takes no responsibility nor do landlords...?
All around generally evil and condescending group run these buildings and they are going unchecked. shameful. will be very happy to leave.
