Product failing, not holding up as advertised

I have the orgreenic set 22/ 10" skillets / 1 large stock pot type pan / 1 sauce pan & and 1regular type. The green ceramic coating is coming loose from the products and the non stick surface has failed and not live up to the manufacturer's claim's. I also have concerns about the ceramic coating coming loose and being introduced into the food being prepared and health issues this may cause and will there be any legal ramifications for the same?
