Saw TV ad for Orgreenic Saute Pans and ordered via telephone-call was automated with varying tactics at getting me to purchase all types of pots and pans and Carribean Vacation for free. Ordered two saute pans and gave them my credit card number. My credit card was charged $33.97 on Jan. 9 and I never received the pans. Called customer service and they said I would have to prove that my card was charged. I sent a copy of the statement showing the charge of $33.97 via FAX and a customer service rep called me back and left a message saying they can't find my order so they can't issue a refund. This is ridiculous!!

I ordered 02/21/2012. My Visa was charged, but I still have not received pans
