Scam
I ordered my pans on Febuary 15, 2012 and recieved an e-mail confirmation that it was shipped yesterday March 23, 2012 they also took the money out of my bank on the 23 of March 2012 I still haven't recieved the pans yet. Matter of fact I thought my order never even went through on the telephone when I placed it so I totaly forgot about it. Then while shopping at Bed Bath an Beyond I saw the same Orgreenic pans for $19.99 so I just bought me one there. My pan I purchased at Bed Bath an Beyond works perfect. An now I supposely have two more on the way from the order I placed with Orgreenic. My advice to everyone is you really want an Orgreenic pan an dont't want to go through the hassle it's so much easier to purchase one at your neariest Bed Bath an Beyond.

I see that people are complaining about seasoning their pan when it first arrived. You have to season any non-stick pan in order to prep it. You don't do this every time you use it or anything. Either way, I ordered just the one pan, and was upgraded to a larger pan for no additional price. I was a little miffed that in order to get the coated pan they show on TV, you have to pay an additional $10, but I have had no problems with this pan at all. I am able to use the same pan to grill veggies and meat without using oils, and I don't have to use my large WOK pans to do so now. I am happier with my $30 orGreenic pan than I have been with my $40+ pans I bought in recent years.

I placed an order last month and still have not seen my cookware.I used paypal but my account doesnt show any debit to orgreenic nor any aount that matches the 33.98 charge for two pans.I went back to the original e-mail which I saved in a folder only to find that all attachments that wrer originnaly there were gone, all was blank except for the words "orgreenic.com" so now I have no link to that website that I originally ordered from.I did send a message to the e-mail addres though but i'm not sure it went to the right place or not.As for all the people that were scammed if you used a major credit card to pay most of them offer buyer protection and all you have to do is contact them with the full amount and they will take care of it for you.Thats what we pay the rediculous interest rates for.Might as well take advantage of the perks.I know that my VISA card is guarenteed against fraud of any sort as well as a "warranty and insurance on any item that I buy just in case that $200 vase I just bought at Peir one gets broken before I get home they will replace it for free. It's been that way with VISA for years though most consumers don't know that they are protected.

The pans works just as they are supposed too. They did take a long time to get, but I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive. If you follow the instructions and just hand wash the pans (DO NOT USE THE DISHWASHER) just like it says too do, and season the pans just like you are supposed to they work great. Im reading all the complaints about buying the whole set when you really didnt want to is a load of crap, you chose the complete set, not the company. These are great pans and people would still complain if it came with a free cook as well.

Wow, after reading all the complaints, I now know not to order the Orgreenic pans like I had planned to. I guess that old saying applies here, '"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't". Won't order them.

Scam
Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware. I agree with most other posters that the orGreenic TV informercial is exaggerated - maybe even fraudulent. My BOGO free 10" pans with free s&h and prize arrived 11 weeks after ordering. After allowing "6 to 8 weeks for shipping",
I called and listened to some pressure to order the full set for $299 but never heard an understandable reason why my order had not even been shipped. As many have warned: read the instructions and "season" your orGreenic cookware before cooking with it. I initially experienced some smoking and odor. After "seasoning", I used one pan for bacon and the second for eggs - lightly oiling both before cooking. A creature of habit, I used the same pan for bacon and the same for eggs each morning. Within six uses, each time with a little oil, my sunny-side-up eggs began sticking. Within two weeks I was using as much oil as I once used in my old stainless steel pan to keep food from sticking. So I retired that OIL-Greenic pan. Never could "blow" my eggs out of that pan and into a dish. OTOH my bacon pan continues to be a decent non-stick pan. The best advice is buy orGreenic at Walgreens - save the receipt - and return before 60 days if not satisfied.

This company is horrible. I ordered the skillet, just the skillet and then I got an email stating I ordered the whole set. I called the company for two weeks and every day they said my order was never found and could not be found in the system. Almost two months later, a charge shows up for $50. These people are scammers. Save your time and money.

The "FREE SHIPPING" website does not work ~!
The infomercial stated "go to www.freeshippingoffer.com/orgreenic"
Based on the Dave68 - Feb 10, 2012 comment - that was the best feedback - showing without a doubt - slick business practices.
They advertised free shipping & two - 10" pans for $19.99" - but with DVR you can read all the fine print - which is contrary to the "free shipping" - BUYER BEWARE...
I thank you for having this website and allowing us to share our feedback & comments.
