My wife visited the Forum at Ceasers on May 13 2017 and was hustled outside of the Oro Gold shop. She was sold $645.66 worth of product which she paid for with her credit card. She was told that she would be sent a duplicate amount of product free of charge. They requested her mailing address, which she gave them, to send this free product. They never sent the duplicate order but instead sent a large box that contained a large amount of product along with an unsigned credit card slip indicating a $4973.82 charge.
Their Customer Service person insists that it is a legitimate sale and tells me that if we send it back they will refuse delivery. I am working with the credit card company / bank to see what can be done but no help so far.
These people are crooks and need to be exposed.
