.I purchased skin care products at Tanger outlet in foxwoods . Orogold store opened 11/29/15 and I passed by and was scammed into buying products worth$2300. when I got back home, I noticed on the receipt a no refund only exchange within 14 days.
I did not see the sign NO REFUNDS In the store . I am trying to return the products because they were overly overpriced and I can buy them cheaper at Amazon or Ebay. I have sent email to customer service and is still pending.
High end department stores offer refunds and was deceived with this policy at orogold. Please help me get my refund back in the amount of $2300 total purchased.
Is there a Vice President of sales I can contact to expedite thus request?
