I was passing by an OROGOLD Cosmetics location at 3301 E Main Street in Ventura CA 93003, yesterday on 12/08/2016 around 6:30pm - 7:00pm at night. I had just gotten off of work and got to purchase some Tap and Jazz shoes for my daughter’s recital this weekend. While passing OROGOLD Cosmetics of the men working there hands me a sample and insists on sitting me down for a quick demonstration one of my eyes. He proceeds to do one eye then asks me to purchase the product for $10.00. I knew this was not the retail price because the box states $148. Long story short I let him know that I am broke and I would love to purchase this product but I have no money. He then tells me to get the F*** out of the store and becomes increasingly aggressive and proceeds to assault me inside the store. This so called Man pushed me around, grabbed samples out of my hands and slapped and grabbed my wrists and arms. I immediately looked for Security and asked for a manager but the man ran away from me and the store he was working in leaving it vacant. I insisted on waiting for him to come back so I can speak to a Manager. He finally returns only to become more aggressive and refuse to allow me to speak to a manager. Fortunately I recorded some of this footage on my phone and I am in the process of filing a complaint and pursuing further action. The security at the Mall said that they will escort me into the store and pull the footage for backup. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be cautions when passing this store. That so called Man was not only rude and disrespectful but also DANGEROUS. It is NEVER okay for a grown man or any man to put hands on another person especially a women. Not to mention that I was a returning customer to that store, I had just recently purchased up to $350 in products and this is the Thanks that I get in return? To be assaulted!!!!! I left that store violated and straight up SHAKEN. If this person can treat someone that he has only known for 3-5 minutes imagine how he treats other women in his life??????
