I renewed my membership at Orogold Cosmetics in Manhattan East 57th st. On February 2020 for one year. The store closed in March due to Covid 19 and has not re-opened. Ive tried contacting the stores with no success. My membership was $1000.00 with refills as needed. Ive had no service or able to get refills. How do I request a refund for my membership? It appears they are not opening and have run off with members money.
