On Nov 22/2017 your mail guy came to our 4 story apartments called my buzzer number asked me to come downstairs and pick up my parcels. OK so I did that. When I picked the parcels I explained to him that my Post Box HAS A SMALL DOOR so don't put small box parcels in there. Anyway, I take the 2 parcels and leave. Later that evening I see 2 postal slip to go to the nearest ;post office to collect my parcels. Why could he have not even by courtesy called me back to pick the parcels. I live at 4695 Sheppard Ave East. I am a Dialysis patient and I make every attempt to run down and pick up parcels from Canada POST. UPS and other FEDEX bring them up to my first floor. Maybe you guys should consider that kind of service its safer you get a signature from the right apartment member and convenient to the customer. Call me 416-335-8045
