Nameking.com is fake and I paid and got cheated

I bought a domain freestuffindia.in from nameking.com and they didn’t send me any receipt for it and when I tried to host the domain name they are saying I haven’t bought from them. I have the transaction reference number please help me get the refund or atleast take action on them please. Nameking.com is fraudulent site please stay away from them
