I had bought an HP 8440 14" laptop which worked well but then went bad. I called Joy Systems which handles the merchandise. It was under warranty and so I was sent a box to return it to them for fixing/replacing. In the package I had WRITTEN A NOTE requesting them to send it to another address as I was about to be evicted. They did not send it to that address, and when I tried to call the company it took forever to get through. I hung up and called later. It was again the same way so they asked (by automation) if I wanted to leave a message for which they'd return the call. Well, they NEVER returned the call. I tried to call Fedex (whom I will do next), but they said ONLY the company could redirect it even though it was MINE!! After the other mug and address got my laptop, this company said they could do NOTHING about it. I'd steer clear.
