I have an account with Owtel already registered. I got a call from Owtel offering their Kata m2L phones because of my loyalty to their company which is actually a fraud. The phone was cheaper in Amazon.com. Not happy with phone. Then before that conversation ended they asked for my husbands phone number and I asked why and they said just to try and register his name in my account which is not true because they actually added another account under my husbands name and they are forcing me to pay his account for service fee wherein we r not even using that account. For crying out loud.... It is already a fraud and they are still asking for money. Can someone tell me where to complain so they cannot have business here in Canada. And fool people.
