I am highly disappointed by the bad service i received from medizone. They sold me a machine that malfunctions. I called to cancel the contract and adked them to collect the machine as it was delivered. Their staff is extremely rude and have no customer service whatsoever. I paid for the machine months on months however the value has gone up instead of down. I am asking that my name be removed from the bureau as i do not want to deal with medizone anymore. Their sales people lie when selling you the product then disappear thereafter. Please note that i do not want to associate with you now or in the future as you are a dishonest company.
