I booked the room in November from Bangalore.
I came from Bangalore to stay at Puri. Today I travelled from Bhubaneswar. We have a 7 months baby and a 7 yrs old kid with us. When I reached at Hotel DK Puri they did not allow us to check in in hotel as it is not tied up with OYO.
Don't understand how you guys are doing such fraud.
When I tried to contact OYO customer service they put my call on hold. I was waiting for a reply from OYO for 2 hours, standing in front of the hotel. Then I had to return back from Puri.

As we are 7 members, I had to book SUV. Which costs me 6000/- in total.

I want all return.
