OYO Rooms Untidy and bad services

I have made a booking using OYO Rooms App on 8th Feb 2019 with OYO booking ID HUTA5430 and paid Rs.1500 for a night. The rooms were very untidy not cleaned properly and nothing as shown in the pictures. Not at all clean as shown in pictures and very dirty bathroom and toilets even rooms floor, walls, bedsheets all are dirty. Had to stay at one room after looking for all the vacant rooms since we had checked in at 1am and didn't have any other option but to stay. Very disappointed and would not suggesting anyone to book OYO Rooms and neither will I do in future.
Fab hotel rooms very very neat and clean where I did stay yesterday.

Complaints Oyo Room - BOOKING ID: ARXF5720

We book Oyo Room online wide BOOKING ID: ARXF5720
CHECK-IN - 18th Dec'18.

No cold/Hot water in washroom. We asked lots of time to reception they say water moter is on will get water in after some time in washroom. We slept and checked in morning no water available in all washroom tap. We ask reception team for hotel water for bath and other use around 10am morning we was waiting till 11:50 am after told service team they given two buckets of hot water its was too much hot.

Morning Breakfast as per Manu Reception team told me Available is Aalu Puri and Bread Toste. We ordered for 2 people but delivery boy given 1 plat Aalu Puri only and he say Bread Toste not available.

I ask service team for 2 Fresh Towels he say didn't get Towels from Loundry so he provided 2 hand towels only.

Its was very bad experience with Oyo Room Qlark Hotel.

denying full refund

Dear Team,
This is to inform you that i have booked two rooms on 31.08.2018 to 02.09.2018 from oyo rooms with booking id XESP0379.. The total amount paid by me for the booking is rs 3581 in advance. But the same amount have been deducted twice from my account.After giving the complain regarding the same to oyo customer care team. They said that Rs 3081 will be refunded to your account and the remaining Rs 500 will be transferred to your oyo wallet but i told them to refund my whole amount to my account. For that they said sorry sir we cannot do anything for that.When i ask them the logic behind that the lady in the telephonic conversation just cut off the call.I don't get the refund amount yet. So is this the way to cheat the customers. So due to this fraud i write this mail to take strict step to stop the arbitrariness of the concern oyo team. Please do the needful and refunded my total amount at the earliest.

refund not processed for complaints registered for more than 1months before

Hi, I once booked an oyo on 14 th july with booking id - CNVK7542 at oyo rooms, near chennai trade centre and for that booking, we cancel that room and get into another room. But since i had a trust you guys will refund it back soon, i made the payment again another room and not check in to the first room. Since then i have been mailing and calling oyo customer care representatives time to time and the response i am receiving is that it will take these many days please wait. Its been over 20 days now and i have been waiting for way too long than what was promised. I have made several complaints regarding this issue. This is the type of response i am receiving for my compromise.

I have attached :-
1. A screenshot of mails that have been sent to me saying it will be processed in few working days.
2. A confirmation letter written by one of the oyo representatives explaining the fault and time it will take to cover up for the mistake

Please help resolving this matter I have waited patiently for far too long.

Fraud transaction - cheater

Hi Team,

Being a loyal and regular customer I was wondering that I would write such kind of mail to the company like oyo,but then today's experience puts me feel regret thinking so.

Now let me come to the point on below booking from oyo, Booking id: ZTDL3198
I have booked 4 rooms on 7th July at 5 PM and on 11th July 2018 due to some unavoidable circumstances we have dropped the plan and planned to cancelled the booking.

When I called oyo customer care number and requested to know about the cancellation charges but oyo agent was not able to understand my concern, even after giving booking number she was not able to fetch my details so she transferred my call to escalation team and committed to refund full amount within 7-14 working days and then she disconnected call without any courtesy to ask is my all queries resolved to satisfaction ,this is what I expected and just to reconfirm the status on refund and intervals connected an agent and result what not resolved because now they changed the words and said it wont be refunded as it is a bulk booking. And without my confirmation they or without notifying me they have cancelled the booking. When i called them again at rhat time they said the booking has been cancelled n you will not get refund and then they changed their words saying that we are working on your query. Since 5 in the evening till 12 AM i have called 6 to 7 times to oyo customer care number and every time they came up with new excuses. Now the best thing is oyo policy of refund says one can get the refund on cancellation one month prior bloody how can I make a cancellation before I book the hotel. What rubbish. They asked to put a call on a hold for a minute but dont know how much seconds are there in a minute. Though they have committed for a minute i was on hold for more than 5/7 minutes on each and every call. Oyo executive dont even know how to talk with the customers. While talking to a customer they play background music and without having any sense to behave while on call with customer loudly asking am I audible I helplessly said yes because I have to any ways manage this as I have already paid to you guys. Then some one said from the back of person called Mr Lalit Singh main bhi customer hu, I said u must b busy here in this situation I am the customer and I was expecting a resolution and after going whole day headache and hassle putting everything aside I I got anger and what I heard from that bloody fu***r that "KYA CHUTIYAPA HUA HAI AAPKE SATH sir " ...seriously???? Is this the amazing service oyo provide to customers...bloody Now I don't care about my money but I will make sure that I make you pay for this hassle. pathetic service..You guys are fraud making fool out of You dirty tricks and making business.

Now I will post this amazing experience with Call recording on every social sites just to make other people aware .

And I am sure that u must be having call recorded too that how have been handle.

@ all the seniors there in oyo, request u too look in to this matter and get me the resolution at earliest.

Fraudsters - cheated with oyo policy

We booked two room on 23th Dec-25th Dec 2017 for our family in Hotel Shivam Musoorie (Excellent Rating) and paid online. My Booking ID is FYUN0937. We didnt like the property but checked into the hotel at 6 PM. The rooms was with full smell of garbage and food was extremely bad. Somehow we spent a night over their and next morning hotel staff misbehaved with our family for Breakfast. We had a hot arguments with owner as well. I asked to Oyo at 9 AM to cancel or change my booking. They told me to wait for 10 min and promised to call me back with a solution. I dint get a call. called oyo again..executive again promised to call me wihtin 10 mins with a solution. Finally We checked out the hotel at 10 AM. After 12 PM I received a call from OYO. They told me neither they can change the property nor cancel the booking (non-refunded as per his policy). As per their wording "They talked with hotel staff for the problem, you can check in again." I shocked. First off all how can you show "Excellent Rating" for such type of third class property ?. Second how can anyone stay in that property with his family after such fight ? My first experience with OYO was horrible.
