ok i have had nothing but problems from these ppl conducting business under the h&r block name who is doing nothing but ruining ur good name. 1st off Debbie Cummings started doing my taxes and the very 1st day we had more problems then should've been by far i had to go back to office 2 or 3times to have her correct mistakes made by her beginning with all the paperwork she done had my old landlords number as my contact number then she had old address as current address she lost part of verification paperwork ok so after fixing all this then i receive letters from irs stating i needed to send in income verification or i wasn't getting anything back so when i took this same paperwork i had already gave them i walked in with letters from irs n the paperwork irs requested n i asked for the supervisor,so Rebecca minks owner of the store and i wanted her to take charge from that point on so between may 6th n 8th i had Rebecca fax everything in again so then i waited waited n waited some more still no taxes so for 3 months i have waited n only inquired about it cpl times well when i inquired about 1st time it said it was processing so i waited another month and inquired about it again n it said it was completed and accepted so i waited another month and inquired about it again but this time i called irs n they inform me that i have nothing coming back because last yr taxes that got filed electronically wasn't filled out properly n her figures were wrong n i was only gonna get back 1 dollar n that irs wouldn't cut check for dollar and my 2014 n 2015 taxes never got filed or nothing which i know is wrong because i mailed them n myself from home in envelopes h&r block provided but still yet they're (irs) saying that i have nothing coming back n didn't receive tax forms for me n h&rblock is saying i should be getting back $720.00 for 2016 $750.00 2015 and $397.00 for 2014 totalling to $1,867.00 i was told i had to pay $135.00 upfront to get taxes prepared n sent off to get my money back n now i can't seem to get anyone to contact me back cooperate with me or work with me to try to solve these issues and problems and in my contract it states that they are responsible and liable for any problems mishaps whatever so I would greatly appreciate some assistance on getting this resolved thank you my name is Angel Kirk and my phone number is 417-288-3257
