Pacific deeams

Like all the other complaints of Pacific Dreams we were scammed into paying for a log in to a website that is useless! We can get cheaper holidays on other websites. Has anyone had success with getting in touch with Scott Carey?

fail to provide the service I paid for

The company is a SCAM.
They take your money with the promise of providing a service, and they do not provide the service.
They do not return emails and the phone number is constantly busy. During and after business hours.
They refuse to return your money even though they promise a refund.
Don't walk away from these people, RUN!!!!

REFUND

Mr. Scott,

Your membership club is disappointing as well as you customer service. I have emailed you directly and call you through the 1-808-662-0111 with regards to my membership cancellation which was purchased Feb 14, 2012, it was process and approved by your administration assistant Tania Palacios since SEPTEMBER 24,2012. She informed me you will contact me regarding my refund within 90days after approval. Its past 90days, no calls nor reply to my email was received. I keep contacting your office through Tania, which she states she been following up with you. She states its an isolated case that you would not contact me back, but with the email sent to you above, just prove that there are more people upset how you handle your business. Be true to your words..."I am the Director of Sales at Pacific Dreams in Maui. I have made the follow offer to EVERY complaint on this site..." I don't understand why you cant resolve it via your business office and i have to escalate online my complaints.
I am counting for your attention and response as soon as possible. We worked hard for our money and we deserve to use it in a worthy investment that could give joy to our lives and not waste time contacting you back and forth due to our unsatisfactory with your vacation club.

erratum from previous email : it was approved SEPTEMBER 24, 2012. It was January of 2013 already...still no waiting for you to contact me regarding my refund.

We have tried to call you several times on the number you provided at 1-808-662-0111. We get a recording each time. We also sent a certified letter 5/9/2012 requesting a full refund of our money. Our purchase date was April 19, 2012 in Maui. We sat through your presentation. While we were in Maui we tried to plan the next vacation with no success from the so-called concierge. Then when we returned home we tried everyday giving them many options of travel ideas with absolutely no success!!!! We are very disappointed to say the least. I am asking kindly for our money to be returned to us in full. I have everything documented from the email exchanges with the concierge and the dates of our phone calls to your office to you or Chris Pickel. I am writing this to you Scott with the hopes your word is truly sincere that you will refund our money in full to our credit card immediately. We trusted you and your company and have done what you requested and then more! On the paperwork we were given there is not a contract number. Again the purchase date was April 19, 2012. My name is R. Meunier. If you listen to the phone message you will know our exact name. Also, check for our certified letter 5/9/2012. On the letter that followed our return home from Maui welcoming us to Pacific Dreams congratulating us to the company it said Mahalo and Remain Blessed. Well, if you surround yourself with God and blessings you should keep your word Scott and refund our money immediately. We appreciate your immediate attention to this matter! I have faith and believe you will do the right thing as you promised!
