Found not transfer in my account

Sir.
My name Aditya Desai I'm from goa. My Friend miss Marian Pucaru she send me 20,000 dollar from United Kingdom ( UK ).and I already paid all money in Department for charges and his Name is Mr. Kiran Chandra but they still don't transfer money in my account so please I request you to do something so I hope u help me.
