I had a terrible experience with Affordable Quality Lighting. It took almost 1 month to get my order (3 1/2 weeks to be exact). When i'd call they were so rude that I tried to get my money back but they won't refund. The order finally arrived and did not ship with the bulbs I ordered...

I just learned the hard way about this company. Placed my order 7 weeks ago and it still hadn't shipped. I inquired twice about my order, only to be reassured that it was "delayed" by the supplier. When I questioned how long the back order would take and why the items were listed...

I have purchased this service and made an appointment, no one turned up at my home to complete the service and I have been unable to reach a person on the telephone nor have I had any response back when I emailed [email protected]
