What is happening with Philippine Airlines Excellent Service? It used to be superb and impeccable! Unfortunately, that's not the case this time. The seats have limited leg space, reading lights not functioning and food horrible!
As a loyal flyer of PAL, I always admired how it used to be, but not anymore. PAL used to be functional before. Everything was excellent from the seats, lavatories, lights, and foods. It is so disappointing to say that my flight to the Philippines this time (to and fro) was very dissatisfying.
Being a heart patient and classified handicapped on a limited income, I found it unbelievable to experience such horrible flight. In spite of the request made to be seated in front of the economy section, I was seated in the middle row with no leg space to extend my leg in order to prevent from cramping. As an avid read, I love to bring a book and finish reading it while flying; however, I wasn't able to do that because of the non-functioning overhead lights.
The Call of Mother Nature is a must for everyone to answer; however, if there is a long queue waiting, the tendency to have an accident is feasible. Finally, mildly heated foods are not palatable. How can one eat something that's partially heated? The top of the tray is warm but the bottom is still very cold. I am totally appalled to experience this with PAL. PAL used to be the best. What happened? Please do something to maintain it to its best. Thank you.
