Dear sir , I purchased carton of pall mall reg. Cigarettes found to taste old, thing of not buying your product , switching to another brand.

I have been a pall mall smoker for many years but last week I bought a carton of pall mall blue shorts and 8 out of 10 packs had a defect when you first light them there's a hard piece that burned up 10 percent of the cigarette so it drives me crazy fire falling burned a hole in my shirt and one in my carpet so please fixs the problem and please try and send me some kind of coupon
