During the ban on cigarettes when we were on full lockdown, i switched to Pall Mall because it was the only brand affordable enough, when the ban was lifted I stuck with Pall Mall. The last few month I experience, either 4 or more of the boost bubbles were already popped in the sealed packet. I have complaint using the sms but had since received any feedback.
This now happens with every single pack I buy. Today was the worst, i opened a sealed pack only to discover only 15 cigarettes in a pack of 20 of which 7 of the boost balls were already popped. Please can you address this issue as a matter of urgency and contact me on email, [email protected].

I am not very happy with the product mentioned above. I have recently had a couple of cigarettes without the boost ball in the filter. Please advise if there might of been a manufacturing problem and if it will be sorted out. Some packets there is about 5 cigarettes that doesn't have the boost. Really unpleasant!
