I always purchase the same cigs everytime I go to the shop which are "pall mall double casual XL" I absolutely love these fags and could never fault them until the other day which was the 14 January 2018 when I had purchased a pack of these cigarettes from my usual off license there was 3 cigs inside the pack that had only one casual in them when they are obviously surprised to have 2, I was really annoyed and irritated by this as I only get these cigs for the great taste in menthol and was shocked when I expected it to be like normal but turned out to be not even close to the normal menthol amount which I then realized there was only 1 casual in them, from that point I checked every fag I smoked and found 3 faulty fags.

Is there any procedure you will put in place to counteract this??

In conclusion to the above I'm really not happy with the pack of cigarettes I purchased and would like something to be done about It!!!
