To Whom It may Concern,

I bought a packet of Pall mall Menthol Capsules 40 smoke and noticed that there was 3/4 of the filter then the rest was the smoke, I have never seen it like this before, I was getting less of the tobacco.

Smokes cost a fortune as it is, and too see this was a disappointment, we pay enough taxes on these and should be able to buy them and knowing that you are paying for the quantity and quality?
