Faulty

Got a pack off pall mall red capsules and one of the fags didn't have the crush ball in and it also didn't have the whole in the end off the filter and there were 2 fags that tasted horrible because they didn't have the crush ball this is not the first time I have came across this but I thought I wouldn't say anything but while it's now 3 faulty in the same pack I think I should complain
