Ever since they changed the Pall Mall red 100s the cigarettes are not worth the money. I have always smoke Pall Malls and I refuse to change. They come out with a new packs and ever since they did they are terrible. The filter split they Bend at the filter or in the middle some of the cigarettes has a cut across the middle of them and they break really easy. I draw disability and it's like they are stealing my money because they want to get richer and they have changed the Pall Mall's in order for them to go cheaper to make the cigarettes .They are a lot of not satisfied customers and I am sure one of them. I have called and made several complaints to the company and every time they say they're going to see if something can be done and I have requested for the last complaint to go to the GM because I am sick and tired of throwing my money away I don't like any other cigarette and I'm not going to change cigarettes to satisfy me when all they're doing is trying to make the poor people poor. I think this is ridiculous of RJ Reynolds to do this especially to a lot of us that are on a disability because we are permanently disabled and therefore I believe with the complaints that I've seen and the things I have gone through since they changed the new packs,it's enough to contact an attorney. It is like somebody going into Walmart and stealing merchandise, that's what it feels like with my cigarettes and YES I am taking this personally because ITS MY CIGARETTES...AND there's two things you don't mess with and that's my kids and my money and RJ Reynolds is pretty much stealing my money and that is against the law and not only that they know they have made this change to go cheaper to save the company money.So therefore,there's a lot more that can go on with this and I'm going to leave it up to the attorney unless I can get refunded a lot of the money I have spent on cartons and packs of Pall Mall red 100s...
I am not talking about a refund on one or two cartons or one or two or five packs I'm talking about a couple of hundred dollars that is spent on these piece of shit cigarettes...The old red 100's wasnt nothing like this...I do have my receipts if that's going to be a problem...ENOUGH IS ENOUGH....
I have worked hard in my life to draw disability each month due to my medical conditions and for RJ Reynolds to take an advantage of somebody like me and other people is more than sorry... RJ Reynolds is only got dollar signs in their eyes and I'm surprised their heart even beats because they don't have a heart with trying to steal disabled Americans money.
