Sticking

I bought two Gotham pans that are both two years old. I’m having major sticking problems in both of them. Also, I used a steak knife to cut a steak in the large pan and it left a scratch in the bottom of the pan. This is not the quality I expected from your product. How can I promote your product if it fails after only two years.
