Panda Express will suck the family right out of you. If you accept a position in management there be prepared to say Goodby to your family, you just won't have time for them anymore if you expect to keep your job. On your day off your phone will ring constantly as Panda Express holds the Managers responsible even if they are not there, even if you are on Vacation. All the stores are understaffed and the managers are expected to make up the work of two people and manage the store.
