item stuck since 28Jun until now（12th）
STUCK AT CONSIGNMENT DISPATCH OUt from TRANSIT OFFICE

Regarding my parcel, it has been stuck at consignment dispatched out from transit office for 3weeks until now. And the parcel was expected to arrive at me within 7-14days but already 15days！ however since it stuck , it cannot arrive on time . I dont hve much time since i need it before 15th July！So i would very appreciate if you could check for my tracking number and do somthing about it ，as you promised.Thank you
