I want to express how disappointed I am with the Super Bowl free pizza promotion because on the top right of the email said ''Watch the game and watch your email on Monday morning for results and directions on how to REDEEM!' which misled me into believing that I'll receive the email with directions on how to redeem for being a subscriber to the Papa John's email list. Since I didn't get the email, I did some research and finally learned that I also had to enroll in Papa Rewards which turned out not to be the same as my Papa John's registered account online... Very disappointed...

If you order online on a regular basis...why wouldn't you already be enrolled in Papa Rewards to entitle you to a free pizza after so many orders? That's you fault there...
