Fraud/scam

Unauthorized charged of tip with out consent to credit card. Mr. Austin at store #2051. Very rude and deceiving, charged me $1.28 cent tip, that I di not authorized, saying that I hit F1 when I did not, this is a scam and robbery to the customer, it should be up to the customer to make that option, Mr. Austin should inform the customer of the options 10-15 or 20% and not take it upon himself to deceive the customer. Scam Fraud

On the 23rd of December I entered Papa John's Restaurant #2051 to buy a pizza Mr. Austin was the attendant he charged me $12.84 cents with an unauthorized tip of $1.28 cents that I did not authorized, he told me that I authorized it by hitting F1 in which I did not, he was the one that hit F1, then he said that it was automatically done, that the system was setup that way by the company. I demanded my $1.28 back in which they gave me cash. This is wrong the customer should be told that they are charged as he said 10-15 or 20% tip. As a waited for my pizza the customers that paid cash were not warned of the added tip. this is very a very wrong practice this is steeling; scam; fraud; robbery you mane it, it is the customer right to know what they are being charged. Mr. Austin the attendant was very rude and dishonest, this matter was brought to the manager's attention Ms. Sydney in which she explained to me that, that is the way the system is set up, I informed her that the customer should be given the option to give a tip or not and not to be deceived. I am very upset with the way that I have been treated by the people in the store and the delivery drivers

I buy 3to 4 30 to 35 dollar pizzas a week from your store and I have been treated so badly for the last month from the employees in the store and your delivery drivers.this last episode with your whole set up almost caused me to have a nervous breakdown.I have never been treated like that by anyone.I see d slot of money with you because I really enjoy your food but I don't understand why I'm being treats like this.I've never been offered any discounts even after I have took food that I didn't even order and that was on several occasions.please at least acknowledge the fact that I am a good customer and I spend my hard earned money with you.

Not very customer friendly

I called in to order a pizza, some bread sticks and a 2 Liter Coke and asked if carry out was still open. It wasn't and my mom was already there and waiting. So I simply asked them if they could "deliver" the pizza to my mom who would pay them a gracious tip. But as soon as I started to ask, he immediately cut me off, saying that they can not deliver to cars due to a safety risk. Except he said it with such bitterness that . I was going to ask for delivery to my house, but the jackass manager hung up on me.
