If they charge a delivery fee, it should go to the driver, it costs the company no more whether it be delivered or picked up. if you cut out their deliveries and they could no longer deliver pizzas, they would go outta business. Another case of Corporate American Greed, screw the consumer. And to the MORON with the size 14 shoe, Buddy I always answer my door with a 38 Special in hand, pizza man or not, step on my flowers and you will be wearing a size 2 shoe tough guy. Amen! Its not as black and white as you make it seem! They could have told you 30 to 35 minutes...but then the store could have gotten completely slammed...going from a few pizzas to make to over 50 in just a few minutes...and drivers do run across delays on a frequent basis...like getting stuck by trains, or stuck in traffic by a wreck (and a lot of times they have more than one delivery) The manager offered to make it right for you and you still complain? I bet you are one of the people who only tip drivers like $2...shame on you

I had gotten off from work late evening. I got off the transit bus at Papa Johns Hickory and Harris in Charlotte North Carolina. I went in and ordered bread sticks. My wait was longer than ten minutes. I was ready to get home. They handed me a medium pizza box, i did not look in it like i normally do so once i got home i said what, i took a picture of them. It was different sizes bread balls and not bread sticks.If i had not been so tried i would have took them back. I did not eat them a matter of fact i still have the bread balls.I do have pictures if anyone needs to see them.

Oh no! You had to wait longer then ten minutes! OMG you are going to die! Not really, in older papa johns stores, from taking the order to the time is ready the average time is about 14 min...in newer stores...11 min..

Just placed an order for a 15.99 special and added a 2litter and when I heard 27 and some change as the total I asked what was the tax on the order...the tax amount was stated to me and then she said OH and a $2 delivery charge so I said ok and then went online to see what others thought. They need to up their menu $ amount cause as far as I am concerned a delivery fee goes mostly towards the driver and if not they need to look for a better delivery job or find a job in another profession...SOORY...but I would, cause the drivers are being used and customers are being GOT!!!...this will be my last time placing a delivery order with Papa Johns and sorry to the driver coming to my house...

Its ok...no matter where you work as a delivery driver...we remember the non tippers...case in point...if you order a drink...im going to shake it up so it explodes everywhere when you open it...if I am taking three deliveries and your is the first ordered I normally deliver first, but if its a lame tip or no tip...guess who gets it last? Oh and those nice flowers in your driveway or sidewalk...they might get crushed accidentally by my size 14 shoe...sorry about that...
