I am a victim as well. It happened to me in 2010 in the same location with the same people. I am very much interested in seeking restitution and I agree this has to stop. Innocent people are being taken advantage of and I believe there has to be a law against this. This information from everyone has been most helpful and it has given excellent direction in trying to get my money back. I'm sure I fall within the category of most of you, I am not rich and every penny is crucial. What happened to the old days of your word is your bond? I want my money back!
