Complaint about the Top Management

Parallel HR Solutions is somehow to say good company to work with due to following reasons:-
1. Freedom of work (It was good before but not now, on freedom also no one can breathe fresh air)
2. Opportunity to explore on (Don't take any chance)
3. Lot of Training's provided. (just wasting of time) No one implements

There is nothing to say about more on well perfect & top management, micro management is more and forget about the Yearly Appraisal System to all employees. Very good Incentive structure only for the Recruiters and opportunity to earn extra money.

See how the Top Management follows to get things better.

Are you familiar with Glassdoor? It is a site that you can go on and put reviews of companies anonymously or you can leave your name. We have had challenges with this site in the past due to my X business partner writing really bad things about me and then having her sister, cousin and others do the same. This impacts our hiring here in the US so I have been speaking with an expert in this area who suggested I ask some of my key employees to write reviews of their personal experiences. I have never asked anyone in Nasik to do this but he suggested I do so I wanted to start with you! You are the lucky winner.

Would you mind writing a review? If you would like I could do a grammar check. It is up to you if you leave your name or not. I think it is more impactful if you do but it is your choice. Be honest, I am not asking you to make anything up or sugarcoat anything you may feel.

The goal is to make the reviews more reflective of the experiences of the current team. If you are uncomfortable doing this then that is fine as well, just let me know.
