BARANG BELUM DITERIMA

Saya telah membuat pembelian secara online di Lazada pada 23 Julai 2018( RM93.19). Tracking No. saya EM978255847MY. Menurut "Order Status" saya di Lazada, barang sudah sampai (DELIVERED) pada 26 Julai 2018 tetapi dalam rekod pos laju, barang saya mc lg "dispatch out from Subang Jaya" dan selepas tarikh ini tiada lagi update berkenaan dengan barang saya daripada pihak pos laju. Saya masih belum menerima parcel saya sehingga ke hari ini. Sekiranya barang telah sampai, siapa individu yang telah menerima barang saya. Saya mohon respon daripada pihak pos laju.
