item picked 16/6/2020 last update 19/6/2020 , until today 15/7/2020 no any news or update .
customer request refund due to didnt receive item after one month and no any updates on his tracking number.
customer give last 1 week time to receive the item if not he will request refund again. if customer refund how's my item that still shipping with no any update ??
